Terms of Service — Maximum Potential Sports Management Agency Ltd (Registered in England & Wales No. 16093197)
These terms govern the consultancy and athlete-management services provided by Maximum Potential Sports Management Agency Ltd (“we”, “us”) to you, the client. By engaging our services or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide career planning, personal branding, sponsorship preparation and competition scheduling support, together with related advisory consultations. The exact scope of any engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Fees and Payment
Our standard fixed fees are: Initial Consultation £50, Career Development Session £125 and Full Career Review £200. Bespoke engagements are quoted individually. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees already paid for delivered sessions are non-refundable.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We provide professional guidance and preparation but do not guarantee any specific outcome, including contracts, trials, transfers, sponsorships or partnerships. Final decisions rest with third parties such as clubs, brands and partners.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your sporting career, to respond to our requests in good time, and to keep confidential any materials we prepare for you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Governing Law
